On April 13, 2026, the sixth China International Consumer Goods Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Expo), co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the People’s Government of Hainan Province, was grandly inaugurated at the Oriental Global Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center.

2025 China International Tourism Fair


Activity time: December 19–21, 2025

On December 19, 2025, the 2025 China International Tourism Fair (hereinafter referred to as the Travel Fair), hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and organized by the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports and the People's Government of Haikou City, opened at the Haikou·Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. As the largest and most influential comprehensive international tourism fair in the Asia-Pacific region since its inception in 1998, this year’s Travel Fair is being held in Hainan for the first time, attracting over 1,000 travel industry professionals and representatives from 101 countries and regions. During the three-day event, the public open days will be from December 20 to 21. The exhibition space, spanning 65,000 square meters, is divided into five major sections: an indoor exhibition area, an overseas exhibition area, a Sunshine Hainan exhibition area, an inbound tourism consumption exhibition area, and a cultural and tourism integration exhibition area.

The 11th World Free Zones Organization Conference


Activity time: October 10–12, 2025

On October 10, 2025, the 11th World Free Zones Organization Conference, jointly hosted by the World Free Zones Organization and the Hainan International Economic Development Bureau, officially kicked off at Hall 5 of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. This year's conference is themed "Free Zones: The Gateway to Global Prosperity, Trade, and Sustainable Innovation." Notably, this marks the first time the event has been held in China. Over the course of three days, the conference will feature a series of high-end forums, parallel sessions, and networking activities. Attendees will delve into cutting-edge topics such as how free zones can drive economic growth, enhance trade connectivity, and foster technological integration on a global scale. The World Free Zones Organization is a non-profit, non-governmental organization registered in Switzerland with its headquarters based in Dubai, making it a leading authority in the global free zone community. Hainan Free Trade Port will launch island-wide closed-loop operations on December 18 this year. Once fully operational, the port will significantly streamline the flow of people, goods, capital, and data, further boosting innovation, sustainability, inclusivity, and green development across global free zones. 2025 World New Energy Vehicle Conference


Activity time: September 27–29, 2025

From September 27 to 29, 2025, the 2025 World New Energy Vehicle Conference will be held at Hall 5 of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center and the Banquet Hall in Area A of the Conference Center. Hosted by the China Association for Science and Technology, the People's Government of Hainan Province, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the event is organized by the China Automotive Engineering Society, the Auto100 Research Institute, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Hainan Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the Haikou Municipal People's Government. The exhibition area spans approximately 10,000㎡. This year’s conference features a total of 20 sessions, including a main forum, specialized forums, dialogue meetings, networking events, and working sessions. More than 50 global companies from the new energy vehicle sector will showcase their latest innovations, attracting 4,450 participants from around the world.
