Oriental Global (Hainan) International Convention and Exhibition Center Operation Management Co., Ltd. was established on February 12, 2018 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. It was jointly invested and established by Oriental Global International Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. and Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. The operation and management party of the first and second phases of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, relying on the exhibition hall, combined with the policies of Hainan Free Trade Port and the twelve key industries, create an international and branded exhibition complex.

Conference activities
The unique environment of the conference center can enjoy the sea view of Qiongzhou Strait. The conference center is divided into area a and area B, area a is located in hardcover hall 5, with a construction area of about 36000 m. The top of the first floor is made of white perforated aluminum plate, the curved arc is like a wave, with an area of 13000 m, which can be used to undertake various activities such as conferences, performances and exhibitions of 10,000 people. The second floor is a 4320m banquet hall, which can accommodate up to 3000 people for meetings at the same time. It can be used alone or divided into multiple medium-sized conference rooms.

Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center is equipped with a central kitchen of thousands of square meters. It has introduced a number of five-star hotels and chain catering brands to provide professional services. It can supply high-quality and multi-grade Chinese food, Western food, Muslim food, tea breaks, etc. It can meet the needs of fast food for 10,000-10,000 people and banquet meals for 3000 people at the same time, and can undertake wedding banquets. In addition, it has high-grade seascape restaurant, convenient fast food service point and other supporting service facilities.
